Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge

This peanut butter fudge is so simple to make and it is YUMMY!!! 

It’s sweet but not sickly, and has such a gorgeous texture and that wonderful peanut butter flavour – we absolutely love this stuff!


  • 800g condensed milk
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 100g slightly salted butter
  • 1tsp vanilla extract


Add all of the ingredients to the saucepan and mix them together over a medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly…

When the mixture has combined into a thick gloopy consistency it is ready to be poured and spread out into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Leave to cool down in the tray for an hour and then transfer to the freezer for 2 hours to set. 

Next, turn out onto a chopping board and cut into pieces using a warm knife (we ran the knife under hot water for a minute).
